Ryan Ruggiero
Pilot
First Officer Ryan Ruggiero was born and raised in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. His flying career began in 2002 when he enrolled at Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University in Daytona Beach Florida. While completing his bachelors degree in Aeronautical Science, Ryan started flight instructing as he tried to involve himself in many different facets of aviation. Living in Daytona Beach Ryan especially enjoyed the beach and wilderness areas in Florida.
In October of 2005, Ryan moved to Latrobe, Pennsylvania and secured employment with LJ Aviation where he flew the Citation Excel, Ultra, Bravo, Mustang, and King Air 200. After completing nearly two years with LJ, Ryan joined Voyager Jet Center to Pilot the Learjet 45. Ryan has more than 2100 hours of accident and incident free flight hours.
In his free time, you can usually find him spending time with friends and family. Camping, kayaking, fishing and hiking are just a few of Ryan's favorite hobbies.
